Notes & Combos
Dailies killing me in Ranked, but I was Master4 last season with a different, strictly going 1st build.
This deck definitely prefers to go 1st, but can play going 2nd, due to board-breakers, TT cards, and Soul Exchange (s/o dominick, he cooked with this card). 40 cards for consistency, though it WILL brick at a noticeable rate (Konami semi-limit Fenrir and Wraitsoth, pls).
Trap cards are flex spots, I settled on these. Solemn Judgement provides protection from board-breakers and can negate a key summon depending on opp plays. Macro Cosmos is a good back-up for Arise-Heart to deny opp GY. Big Bang is a garnet combo piece, but can be useful. Prep punishes Imperms and trap-heavy decks, in addition to a summon.
For ED, I use 3x Kashtiras because I somehow always banish 2 Shangris or Arise-Hearts with PoE.
Good match-ups: pretty much anything going 1st, though I did have issues with Yubel occasionally (3000 DEF Shangri is always their target).
Bad match-ups: Going 2nd is far from fun. Nibiru will traumatize you, still haven't figured out a good solution, except burning an Ash+NS to get out Baronne (only if you open Birth).
Lmk if any questions. Kashtira best deck, Arise-Heart my beloved <3.
