Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

quick notes: You really need to learn the vaalmonica super combo with sele access + scelta/invitare. it's literally 2 cards and lets u get zeb and set followed rhythm.

ex:

sele + invitare:

sele add scelta

invitare add angel put dimonno in ED

angel scale and send scelta to gy

dimonno copy scelta (1 demon)

add disarmonia

disarmonia 1 more demon and add scelta from banishment (total: 2 demon 1 angel)

scelta add 1 more demon counter and add followed rhythm.

do 2 monster fiendsmith combo which ends with making s:p first, then make zeb, and if u have extra materials u also make caesar.

BTW, ryzeal endboard of JUST starliege, duodrive and detonator is cooked by 2 ty-phon over 2 turns (u have to deal with cross/plasma hole if u know they're set).

burn their interactions. make ty-phon, bounce duodrive, attack starliege.

their turn: they go to battle phase, detonator atk ur typhone then they make plays

your turn: burn more interactions, make 2nd ty-phon, send back detonator, they're cooked.

BTW my coinflip ratio was biased towards t2 so uh YEAH i might have went insane on stream:

(44%) heads: 7+5+5+11+5+2+11+1=47

(55%) tails: 11+3+7+17+3+5+5+8=59

Also learning the format in the past few days was ***, anyways the question is teching for maliss or ryzeal. The answer is to tech for ryzeal and fight maliss best u can. the proportion of decks was like 25% maliss 25% ryzeal 50% random decks (blue eyes, crystron, ???). just tech for ryzeal + random and u win a majority of the time. All the maliss players reached dlv20 before me anyways and are already fighting in stage 2.

oh yea I also started thursday RIP which meant I had little time for stage 2. Also DONT mald, it's very bad, actually u gotta be calm because a lot of the maliss players are carried by the deck and don't always make allied code talker (or don't have access to him).

re: non engine, purulia literally cooks ryzeal, also is basically an upstart since if they don't normal summon ur opp has no defense.

the 1 ash is there because I hate ash BUT since I'm using purlia I do need extra interactions, droll/imperm are sometimes turn enders so ash is that extra oomph of interaction.

btw duster is nuts, clears out ryzeal backrow and maliss backrow.
