Notes & Combos
Deck is pretty strong this format with a couple issues. Plays around most hand traps pretty well, but maxx c, ogre, and impulse can hurt. Pretty standard list, but these ratios have worked the best for me so far. I've found that you want to run enough non engine to stop your opponent early going second, and even going first if your only starter gets stopped it's not a big deal. 1 card primera/trudea/stand up gets auxilla + blazar + crimson dragon setup for next turn, bystials give interruption and can allow you to end on seals/sp as well.
Didn't like imperm in this deck because you're drawing with atrii and ideally regained every turn so I'd rather draw stuff I could use like veiler, ogre, more bystials, and if I were to run mourner in any deck, it'd probably be this.
I kinda hate bonds but I threw it in there just because it can save some awkward lines if you draw atrii or gargoyle. Hasn't come up that much but the option is nice I guess. This deck is just pretty low on bricks so I don't mind having one more.
If I were to change 1 thing I probably would want a second Legatia, there have been times where it really could have come in handy. Almiraj and Artemis are there to link off a non-resolving starter to setup bystial plays but they are not essential so it'd be fine to drop one or both.
