Win Rate: 67.3% (83.3% going 1st, 45.5% going 2nd) Bricked 3 times out of 52 games (5.77%)

I felt that this was one of the toughest seasons in all of my time playing MD. I didn't have Ryzeal so I tried climbing with Maliss, and my win rate basically mirrored the percentage of time that I was going first over a sample of close to 100 games. There was a point around the middle of the month where not only were over 2/3 of the matchups either Ryzeal or Maliss, but most were playing Lancea. I personally found it impossible to climb with Maliss during that time.

This deck is surprisingly good right now because it's not affected by Lancea while being able to play more handtraps than Maliss. As a result, I had a better win rate both going 1st and 2nd with this deck than Maliss. I think handtraps can still be quite good right now, but you have to know your opponent's lines.

Nothing really special about the build. The one thing I would say is that Trish is really good. I went with Trish much more than the Ultimate Spirit + Sifr combination, not only against Ryzeal, but against other decks too. The idea of Nib is that since you play 6 copies of Veiler and Imperm combined, it might work better in tandem whereas otherwise Nib is very bad right now on it's own. It didn't really happen enough in practice for me to prove or disprove that theory.
