Notes & Combos

With this 50 cards version of Dlink i just won the last five duels at Master 2. For the rest of the climb, i used the 60 cards version (with thunder dragons and allure of darkness) and the 40 cards one's: the first for diamond and M5-M4, then i go for the 40 one cause i lose the flip coin at almost the 60% of the duels so i always want max c, ash or gamma. Anyway, at M2 i need to find a middle way between the two version, cause the 40 one brick so much than other versions, especially if you go first. So i decided to try this and i had various nice and balanced hands. Shotout to Black metal dragon and his big daddy, playing 50 is so important to play them for a good normal summon. Yeah, i play a lot of bystials in this version but they really saved me against tears going second or to kill masquerena in battle phase against medium sprights boards.

This build doesn't really need goddess, for a lot of duels i run Baronne then i switched cause i rarely summon him, but i think is still the best choice. Another nice pick can be quadborrel, that basically ensure always a Savage after the Borrelend combo if you have one card to discard and can help a lot vs spright to bait same negation if you can continue your cook. I played dillingerous a lot too, but he go out cause basically you can go for full combo without him. Anyway, dilli ensure you a +1 compared with the combo with pixie + dharc/sphere/romulus + striker or the combo with pixie + triple burst, so is always a good choice. I always go for borrelend savage/red hot or borrelend masq at turn 1. I like the boards with just sphere + savage/red hot but i love go for borrelend t1 basically cause, except for super poly, is a big problem for opponent out him and you can revive him next turn with just one striker (striker destroy himself, target recharger in gy, recharger discard himself and summmon borrelend from gy).

Anyway, i love this archetype and i suggest to everyone love combo decks to try DLink. Really really strong and very very very funny.
