Notes & Combos
The worst thing this deck can possibly do is draw two cards that have to be normal summoned. The only card which is solely a normal summon is Steam, which is a one card enhanced S:P but can also combo to make a synchro. Ringowurm can even be special summoned consistently if you draw it with Steam due to Steam summoning a token. Retaliating C and Hop Ear are the primary alternative normal summons.
The second worse hand you can draw is all ghost sisters/veiler, hence cutting belle to 1 (it's a disaster to draw 2 of but good enough to run.)
Phantazmay is incredible right now with all the blue-eyes and fiendsmith going around, bumped it to 2. Lubellion we like to see but not multiples of, cut down to 2. Super poly has also been an incredible addition. Shenshen is a huge upgrade over Vermilion Dragon Mech and Packbit is necessary in case hop ear gets maxx c'd - it's also very strong in its own right and combos extremely well with Ringowurm as you climb into Baronne.

You'll see some before I starting running super poly and when I was running Sage as a normal summon. Without Sage, Black Rose Dragon in the extra deck is optional, but everything else comes up often and is important, maybe you could run a different 9 but having a 9 is key.
