Notes & Combos
Came back to MD just to play this deck. I had a very comfortable run from Diamond V to Master I with a pretty solid winrate (~60%).
For gameplay, the strategy is very straightforward - just summon Liger Dancer lol. Some decks just instantly lose to it, and others struggle to out one let alone two. The play patterns in every combo line is similar, so study a few of them and the rest should come naturally.
For card choices, I'm torn between running Droll vs Impulse. Both hand traps are strong but I opted for Droll as I was running into a lot of Ryzeal/Mitsu. I really like Heavy Poly since it can outright win you games if you resolve it, though I only run 2 as it's oftentimes a brick going 1st. I tried the Thrust build but you play into Droll so much that it doesn't feel worth it. Happy with how the Extra Deck turned out, feels like there's nothing I'd change there.
Overall, I think the deck has enough tools to compete with the current top tier meta decks. Probably not top tier itself, but a very fun tier 2-3 option.
