Notes & Combos
Final push from M4-M1 done in about 8hrs with Tenpai from 10/6/25 to 10/7/25, last 20 games were 14-6, over 13hrs total playing in master this season
I finally gave up after 3 seasons of not playing Lancea because I wanted to speedrun to M1. Not much else to say, I had an abysmal coin rate going first and bricked hands with Ryzeal Primite, so I went back to Tenpai.
Most of the handtraps are Maliss hate because it is still the most popular deck by a mile (they were half of my match ups in the last 20 games while Ryzeal was not event close to that)
Honorific mention to Ghost Belle
Tried
-
Nibiru: too slow, needs to be played along with Imperm or Veiler; top decks ignore it most of the time, it gets disabled by Impulse before you can use it unlike most other handtraps
-
Imperm: sadly no room in this version for it
-
Meowls: It is the best charmy against Maliss but half of the times they droll you and it is not good enough for other matchups
-
Talents / Change of Heart / CBTG: not good enough; stealing (or trying) an Apollo, drawing +1, negating a handtrap means you let your opponent play 1 more card during their turn, which also means they can do literally anything, most of the handtraps are active in both turns, so if your opponent bricks or has 1 single play you can stop them before they draw 2 or more handtraps out valuing 1-1 breakers
Extra deck:
-
MVP: the 3 Dragions, Triphyoverutum, Almarduke
-
Took out Zealantis + Raging Phoenix because link climbing is just not possible, so I put a few more SPoly targets and Kuibelt back
