Notes & Combos

This one was a bit tricky to climb with, took it from about mid Diamond to Master V. Seems ok though, since Saint Azamina throws a wrench in the game plans of both Maliss and Ryzeal. Consistency is a bit of an issue because this is basically a 2 card combo deck and Mu is a major ash/imperm chokepoint that's hard to work around.

The idea is that going first, your ideal endboard with no interruption is going to look like Moa Regina + St. Azamina + Diabellstar on field or in hand + Morrian + Silvera + any other interrupts you might stumble into. The least intuitive thing to understand that will allow you to get there is that you should be popping Mu or Ilia Silvia with your Moa Regina to get access to more traps by activating effects in graveyard, Morrian and WANTED being the best options, Hallowed Azamina being a backup plan. Usually you only get to pop one, and which one you pop will typically depend on whether you've already activated Diabellstar or not. If you haven't gotten to Diabellstar yet, grab WANTED from Mu pop to set up Silvera, otherwise plan ahead to pop your Ilia Silvia and revive with Moa Regina's active to get Silvera/Morrian.

If you're in a Nibiru meta, it's likely better to angle towards setting up on your opponent's turn if you have good access to some traps by going through the basic Mu Rcielago combos and ending on Ilia Silvia + some combination of Diabellstar and Silvera + Debtors/Determination. Remember to flip your Debtors in response to activating your traps for maximum value. Similar rules apply under Maxx C and Fuwalos.

Upstart Goblin - This is in here because there are only so many 'good' sinful spoils names to throw under an Azamina fusion spell. Having a functionally smaller deck is nice, since you need the A+B of Azamina fusion spell + sinful spoils name, and the goblin kind of acts as a proxy for either. Weak to Droll so totally fine if you want something else. You swap for struggles to make Mu less susceptible to imperms and pop your rollbacks, or you can run more imperms for consistency against Ryzeal. It's all about what kind of consistency you prefer.

Triple Tactics Talent - Not included here because I was grabbing Reasoning or Azamina Determination most of the time. A very good inclusion. I'm just allergic to brick hands and wanted to run more than one thrust.

Extra Deck Gaps - 2nd Ilia Silvia if possible, I ran it as pictured. This is a very strong TY-PHON deck, Varudras is funny but it didn't really come up much.
