I love the P.U.N.Ks! I love the Therions!

First time reaching Master Rank!

The Therions offer a pretty impressive grind game, as well as easy access to Baronne, and of course Regulus. Not to mention the fact that opponents often forget about the battle protection from the Therion Field Spell, which helps generate extra resources. Sargas and Jam Fever together are very powerful, since Jam Fever triggers Sargas’s effect by detaching a material, even if its effect is negated. Therion Duke Yul is included simply as an extender, with all the Psychic P.U.N.Ks easily ending up in the graveyard.

The Extra Deck could definitely be optimized, possibly by cutting Dragostapelia for Dingirsu or a second Jam Fever. I don’t play Diabolantis, since I always prefer making the Level 8 P.U.N.K Synchro to add Ghost Ogre to hand or another P.U.N.K name to summon via the Field Spell. I’ve very rarely had Therions stuck in hand; and if I manage to make a Level 8 Synchro, it usually means my opponent is letting me play, and I’ll be able to build a solid board even without relying on the Therion engine. Most of the time, I bridge into Therions via Sargas. Also, Dragon Drive’s graveyard effect is often forgotten by opponents, and it helps generate additional resources.

This deck is super satisfying and can play through a ton of hand traps!

Of course, Lancea and Chaos Hunter are there to stop Maliss, although Chaos Hunter also helps send Therions from hand to the grave, while putting a Level 7 on board that can potentially be used for an early Baronne.
