Notes & Combos
Sharks are a little bit suffering from this heinous Primite/Fiendsmith/Snake-Eyes meta where you often struggle to get full combos. The most success I found was in sacrificing end-board for consistency:
- One trap between Full-Armored Xyz and Xyz Revive Splash gotta go. I chose to keep Revive because Ghost Ogre is meta right now and King Caesar solo won me games sometimes.
- I put Backrow breakers over more handtraps because not only are good against primite/blue eyes/labrynth but also they enable Big Jaws effect which is crazy good.
- 2/3 Silent Sea Nettle over a 3rd Abyss shark makes you brick less and gives you some needed grind game.
- Drawing Drake Shark is the only real brick now instead of 3.
- Lancer is less scary going 1st now but by putting number 103 Ragnazero we give N.As.H one more gobble + Kashtira Unicorn doesn't disable our Seventh Tachyon immediately.
- Ty-Phon and AA-Zeus interchangeable, wouldn't recommend both.
- Shifter is overrated imo because gives them Bystial access + detaching goes to banish zone
- Droplet and Triple Tactics strong alternatives to the breakers
Combo is standard shark but you don't ALWAYS make it because Nibiru is devastating: Fissure/Statue + Kragen + Handtraps 70% of the times is more than enough going 1st. Went from Plat 3 to Master 1 in 3 days of grinding with various win-streaks, the draws feel really good like this.
